Why is that before I had this blog I had 100′s of ideas running around in my head wanting to be typed out for the world to see. Now that I managed to get the blog up I can’t remember a single one of them. My short term memory is gone. I don’t know if its because my kids never give me a chance to finish a thought or simply because I’m getting old. I can get up off the couch, walk into the kitchen and have no clue what I am doing in there. Earlier this evening I stood in my bedroom surrounded by piles of laundry trying to remember why I went upstairs. At this very moment I am sitting here trying to remember what the point was I am trying to make. Ummm…… I give up. Its official, my short term memory is quickly slipping away. My long term memory is a different story; if you want to know the lyrics to some random song 99% of the time I’ll know them. I guess my brain just isn’t meant to hold information that is useful.
