Georgie has never had great skin; it started with eczema at four months old and has progressively got worse from there. She recently had impetigo and I choose to blame the daycare that left her with her face covered in snot for who knows how long. I took her to the DR last for the Impetigo and they put her on penicillin to help clear up the infection. After being on the penicillin for a couple of days she had a very angry looking spot come up by her nose, this same spot has now started coming up on her chin. I have no idea what it is but have taken her off the penicillin just in case this is a reaction to it.

I hate seeing her beautiful face like this and am looking forward to getting her back in to see her pediatrician tomorrow and finding out exactly what it is. Poor kid just hasn’t been able to get a break lately.
