The best gifts are those with meaning; the ones that you can see the thought that went into it. My friend Kim made this gorgeous recipe book for me and I’m in awe of all the little details that went into it. She has proven once again how well she knows me, I do love my wine. I am not known for my cooking skills but this little book has inspired to to learn so I can fill it with recipes. There are so many beautiful details in this book it was so hard to narrow it down to just a few photo’s to share. My pictures do not do it justice. I convinced Kim to start a scrapbooking blog so go visit her at Scrap Fiend and say hello.

Your friend Kim is very talented, and extremely inspirational. Latetly I have been discovering scrapbooking sites, by genuine users and this has rekindled my excitement for craftmaking of the paper variation. I have plenty of paper crafts hanging around, but haven’t been inspired or had the feeling to produce anything latetly. When I see such artistic work, I feel like getting the paper scraps out and creating something, but I never do..or better yet, I shall when I am in the moment to do so.
Checked out Kim’s blog by the way, and it’s brilliant! Thanks for such a wonderful share. P.S-My comments tend to go into the spam carriage now.
